Senior / Application Engineers

Requirements

• Working as a team, to assists the Sales and Technical department, in understanding and synthesizing customers requirements, explaining the features and capabilities of Ansoft products relative to their application needs.
• Support customers in technical and applications issues to increase their productivity and enhance their ability in applying Ansoft products to resolve their design challenges.
• Provide products training both in-house and on customers' sites, where applicable.
• Technical support evaluation and on-site installation for existing and potential customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and future requirements relating to Ansoft products, in order to support and give technical direction to Ansoft developer.

Requirements

• A good Bachelor Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in customer support and application engineering may be considered for position of Senior Engineer.
• Able to work under pressure and independently, with own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player who is energetic, proactive and willing to learn
• Good presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in using Ansoft products will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems platform.
• Frequent traveling is required.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
